Yes. All the transactions are encrypted and processed by third party companies: Stripe. They use AES-256 encryption, which has all your information protected by SSL with an encryption key of 168 bits.

As stated on our non-refundable policy that you accept when you purchase and due to the nature of our products, we are unable to provide any sort of compensation or refund in any of our products and services.

The payment was declined by bank or payment provider and is now showing as pending in the account. Funds will remain in a pending state for a period of time before being released back. The length of time will vary depending on the payment provider and circumstances of the payment.
